Dataset License Agreement

1. Compilation Ownership

While Reworkd AI compiles and cleans datasets from public websites, Reworkd does not assert copyright ownership over the raw factual contents extracted from target sitemaps.

However, Reworkd AI asserts database rights and copyrights over our unique compilation design, shingle signatures, structured formatting arrays, metadata lineage, and custom vector index arrays compiled by our crawling workers.

2. Commercial Utilization Scope

Subject to purchasing a dynamic Scale or Enterprise plan, Reworkd AI grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use the structured data outputs for:

• Training and fine-tuning neural network weights and generative models.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) knowledge retrieval index queries.
• Research, commercial software indexing, and analytics dashboards.

Under no circumstances may you resell, redistribute, or package Reworkd AI raw compilation files to third-party data broker services.

3. Responsible AI Commons

All licensees agree to utilize the compiled data strictly in accordance with ethical AI deployment standards and local jurisdictions. You agree not to perform re-identification attacks on scrubbed PII tokens or utilize data outputs to generate malicious, defamatory, or unlawful synthetic text.

Reworkd AI reserves the right to terminate API access and revoke compilation licenses if a breach of these guidelines is identified.
